Pega Senior System Architect

Capgemini is a global partner of Pega and supports leading organizations in their digital transformation journeys. The role involves working on projects to develop low-code solutions on the Pega platform for large European and global clients in logistics, public sector, and retail. Projects include greenfield implementations as well as optimization of existing applications. Opportunities also exist to join Capgemini's low-code community and participate in additional initiatives.

• Pega CSSA certification
• Minimum 4 years of experience developing Pega applications with Pega Infinity Platform and Deployment Manager
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting with Pega Diagnostics Cloud
• Good command of SQL
• Client-facing communication skills and experience working in agile environments
• Proficient in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with any Pega strategic application and/or DX API
• Skills in Java or JavaScript
• Good command of German

• Building Pega applications based on the Infinity Platform or strategic applications
• Cooperating with LSAs regarding architecture and functionalities
• Cooperating with LBAs and the client as a trusted advisor
• Mentoring or leading more junior system architects (CSA)
• Ensuring delivery meets the highest standards and is up to date with Pega’s latest capabilities
