SAP Consultants PP, QM

• At least 8-10 years of experience in SAP PP, QM
• Experience with 2-5 full project lifecycles in SAP PP, QM
• Profound knowledge of Production Planning, Shop-Floor Manufacturing Execution, and/or Quality Management processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications
• Experience with or certification in S/4HANA projects
• Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects
• Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data for diverse audiences
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency)
• Project-related mobility and willingness to travel

• Managing full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in Production Planning & Manufacturing Execution / Quality Management
• Evaluating business requirements and identifying relevant SAP capabilities
• Planning, preparation, and execution of Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops
• Solution design and adoption for identified gaps and business process improvements
• Ensuring system implementation with near-/offshore team members
• Acting as a sparring partner for the client and handling project management responsibilities
