Project Manager / Agile PM

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management
• Experience in technology and security-related projects
• Knowledge of at least one project management standard and agile methodologies
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively
• High level of independence and proactivity
• Ability to work effectively with both technical specialists and business process owners

• Managing complex projects
• Ensuring project deliverables are delivered and accepted within agreed scope, budget, and timelines
• Managing orders with internal and external vendors
• Defining dependencies between programs/projects to ensure effective implementation of interdependent initiatives
• Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Understanding frameworks and practices and applying them in practice (Scrum, Kanban, and other agile scaling practices)
• Identifying and addressing risks and issues, as well as removing impediments that hinder team productivity
• Analyzing overall team performance, drawing conclusions, and implementing improvement actions
