Business Analyst – Veeva Site Payments / Site Connect / Site Training

The project involves digital transformation in clinical research, specifically implementing and rolling out Veeva Vault Clinical Operations modules: Site Payments, Site Connect, and Site Training.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects, preferably in clinical research.
• Hands-on experience as a BA with Veeva Vault Clinical Operations modules: Site Payments, Site Connect, Site Training.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with effective stakeholder management.
• Experience working cross-functionally with business, IT, and vendors.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of GxP, life sciences, and Clinical Operations processes.
• Experience with other Veeva modules, especially RTSM.

• Serve as the main Business Analyst for the modules Site Payments, Site Connect, and Site Training during implementation and rollout.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Clinical Operations stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Support solution design, configuration decisions, and validation activities.
• Collaborate on integration requirements including data flows, compliance, and regulatory needs.
• Perform gap analysis, recommend process improvements and best practices aligned with Veeva capabilities.
• Support UAT: planning, preparing test cases, coordinating, and participating in test execution.

Work location is hybrid in Warsaw, Poland.
