IT Recruiter

Robotec.ai is a software company that develops hi-tech solutions for robotics and automotive industries. They build state-of-the-art robotic simulations and testing tools to ensure machines work safely and efficiently. Their engineers also develop various R&D projects and products. The company believes that human-centered robotics and open source are the future of sustainable growth.

• At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably from a recruitment agency)
• Student or graduate in Psychology, Sociology, Management, related field or any technical studies
• Excellent research and sourcing skills
• Experience with using LinkedIn for sourcing candidates
• Good understanding of information technology and ability to quickly acquire new knowledge
• Great social skills to work directly with engineers, tech leads as well as to build long-lasting partnership relationships with candidates
• Good writing skills to write compelling job ads and messages
• Self-reliance and accountability to be able to work in quick changing, startup environment
• Good command of Microsoft Suite – MS Excel, MS Word, MS Sharepoint, OneDrive
• Experience using applicant tracking systems
• Fluency in English and Polish languages

Nice to have experience:

• Experience with performance reviews
• Familiarity with payroll and labor law

• Coordinate recruitment processes end-to-end from gathering requirements to onboarding
• Source passive candidates using a variety of methods and tools
• Analyze and select inbound candidate applications
• Conduct job interviews
• Keep candidate database up to date
• Write and post job ads
• Take part in employee onboarding and offboarding
• Support employer branding activities
• Take part in performance review process
