Technical Business Analyst

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role is within the Data Fabric team, focusing on onboarding and operating model definition to support a global data platform for a bank.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data platforms, analytics, or technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of data concepts, metadata, and data governance.
• Experience working directly with multiple senior stakeholders to align expectations and deliver outcomes.

Nice to have:

• Experience in enablement and operating model design.

• Support the onboarding of new platforms, consumers, and products to the Data Fabric.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, data, and operating model requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, governance teams, and technical teams to define ways of working and enhance onboarding processes.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on implementation plans and ensure smooth delivery.
