Senior 3D Vegetation Artist

• Experience in vegetation modelling in the game industry
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling tools used in vegetation production (3D Max, Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Speed Tree, or Houdini)
• Strong understanding of texture creation tools (Photoshop, Substance Designer, or Substance Painter)
• Experience in any Game Engine such as Unreal Engine 5 or Unity is a plus
• High-poly sculpting in ZBrush is a plus
• Good understanding of modern pipelines and requirements for game development
• Teamwork skills

• Develop, maintain, and create real-time vegetation game assets through the full 3D pipeline (modeling, sculpting, texture creation, retopology, UV, etc.) in Unreal Engine 5
• Develop sets of plants for different biomes
• Analyze, plan, and collect references for assets; work with concepts/references according to guidelines
• Ensure proper integration of assets considering technical and gameplay constraints
• Obtain Lead Artists guidance and approval as required
• Refine artistic abilities and learn new software packages and/or in-house tools
• Coordinate with Senior and/or Lead Artists, mentor Junior 3D Artists, and share best project practices
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment
