Transformation Manager (GBS, Finance)

• Proven understanding of Service Delivery Models (GBS/SSC/BPO/hybrid/BOT etc.) and general process knowledge (AP/AR/GL/MDM)
• Insight into GBS/SSC service components including BPO/SSC markets, trends, CI, governance model, performance management, organizational structure, contracting, legal aspects, office fit out, connectivity, IT, back office, and visual management
• Experience in Program Management with proven track record of program/project delivery; project management certification is an asset
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with CxO level stakeholders
• Ability to lead transformation teams, mentor and coach less experienced members
• Ability to translate GBS requirements into business cases and create transformation roadmaps
• Continuous improvement, client value, and innovation mindset with proven benefits delivered
• Knowledge and experience in at least one ERP: S4H, SAP ECC, or Oracle
• Fluent English; French or German is an asset

• Lead the GBS transformation projects within Finance, mentoring and coaching Transformation Consultants in successful development and delivery of project deliverables
• Steer transformation programs related to target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS/SSC setup, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition, training delivery, and change management
• Own program/project deliverables related to GBS transformation programs
• Design the Target Operating Model and lead Process Design workshops
• Provide improvement recommendations using GBS, process, and technology expertise to steer clients in their transformation journey
• Make convincing presentations and propose ideas to clients
• Facilitate client meetings, driving towards consensus and agreement of all stakeholders
