• 10+ years of SAP PP implementation/support experience.
• Excellent understanding of production planning and shop-floor processes.
• Strong configuration and solution design skills.
• Knowledge of master data: BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Fluent English; German nice to have.
• Experience with S/4HANA PP is a plus.

• Lead SAP PP implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support.
• Translate business requirements into effective SAP PP solutions.
• Configure key PP processes: MRP, Production Orders, Work Centers, Routing, Capacity & Demand Planning.
• Ensure smooth integration with MM, QM, SD, FI/CO, PM.
• Support manufacturing and supply chain teams in optimizing planning processes.
• Troubleshoot SAP PP issues and deliver structured solutions.
• Prepare documentation and train key users.
• Support continuous improvement and process standardization.
