• Several years of experience in native Android application development.
• Very good knowledge of Kotlin, Android SDK, and Jetpack Compose.
• Experience in designing mobile application architecture.
• Experience with unit and automated testing.
• Very good knowledge of Android Studio and tools (adb, Android Emulator).
• Experience building UI according to specifications and design systems.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD for mobile applications.
• Knowledge of Google Play publishing process and certificate management.
• Very good debugging skills for Android applications.
• Good knowledge of Java (mobile).
• Knowledge of JSON and XML.
• Knowledge of accessibility on mobile devices.
• Experience implementing mobile application security principles.
• Experience with TDD approach.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Git and IDEs (IntelliJ, VS Code).
• Knowledge of mobile component libraries.
• Basic knowledge of iOS (Swift, SwiftUI, Xcode).
• Knowledge of cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter).
• Experience in banking/onboarding projects.
• Use of AI tools in development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude CLI).

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying native Android applications.
• Responsibility for architecture and quality of delivered solutions.
• Maintaining and developing existing systems and coordinating deployments (release management).
• Building and optimizing CI/CD processes for mobile applications.
• Implementing and defining good development practices and quality standards.
• Mentoring less experienced team members and sharing knowledge.
• Collaborating with international teams in an Agile environment.
• Ensuring application security and compliance with organizational standards.
