• Experience in uniformed services (e.g., Policja, Straż graniczna, Wojsko) with ability to perform under pressure, analyze situations, and make sound decisions
• Fluent command of German, both spoken and written (mandatory requirement)
• Openness to development and willingness to learn new tools and methods used in a corporate environment (e.g., Excel, UML, BPMN)
• Strong analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions based on data, observations, and procedures
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholder groups, both technical and business

• Using your uniformed services expertise to drive innovation with clients
• Analysis of data and processes to improve organizational operations
• Collecting requirements from various stakeholder groups
