Senior Product Engineer (remote, Europe)

Modash is a growing creator partnerships platform that helps brands scale their partnerships with creators on Instagram, Tiktok, and Youtube. The company has a strong team of about 20 engineers across four product teams and is focused on building the best creator discovery and management platform.

• Proven experience building and operating production systems.
• Ability and willingness to learn whatever the problem requires, including front-end, back-end, infrastructure, new tools, or patterns.
• Strong judgment in shaping solutions from evolving or ambiguous requirements.
• History of shipping work that matters, especially in environments with ownership and autonomy.
• Some exposure to cloud or DevOps practices or the drive to learn them quickly.
• A product mindset, caring about the outcome and favoring maintainability and clarity over trends.

• Solve meaningful problems by turning real customer pain into simple, effective solutions that brands and creators rely on every day.
• Own the outcome from understanding the problem, designing the approach, building it, shipping it, and improving it post-launch.
• Make decisions based on clarity, challenge assumptions, and choose approaches that fit the moment.
• Keep work moving forward by making thoughtful calls and involving others when needed.
• Share feedback early, support others, and push for better reasoning, quality, and decisions across the team.
