Senior IT Security & IAM Consultant

Riverland Reply is specialized in consulting end-to-end customer-oriented solutions and strategies. The company supports its customers in strategic IT decisions, implementation of defined solutions, and production execution. It combines in-depth knowledge of digital Customer Experience with cloud native technologies. Riverland Reply advises clients in automotive, transportation, logistics, and finance industries and is an expert in Oracle’s Customer Experience products.

• Confident communication in English and Polish; German is a strong plus.
• Degree in IT security, computer science, business administration, or comparable experience.
• Several years of experience in IT security, IAM, or security consulting.
• Experience with security risk assessments, authorization models, or identity management processes.
• Familiarity with IAM tools or platforms (e.g., One Identity) is a plus.
• Experience working in client-facing consulting or project environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hybrid working model with office presence in Katowice at least once per week; specific arrangements can be discussed during recruitment.

• Advise clients on IT security, compliance, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) topics.
• Lead and support security risk analyses and threat assessments on application and project level.
• Develop IT security concepts, including risk assessments, security controls, and compliance measures.
• Drive IAM initiatives, focusing on authorization concepts and user/application onboarding.
• Align with application owners and business stakeholders on onboarding paths and access models.
• Organize and support the onboarding of applications to IAM solutions (e.g., One Identity).
• Gather and structure authorization and account requirements with business teams.
• Support audit preparation and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to security standards and regulations.
• Contribute to cybersecurity and IAM transformation projects from planning through implementation.
