Wymagania

  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
  • Deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform including metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of shipping products adopted and paid for by enterprise customers in regulated industries.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape including Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX.
  • Strong perspective on AI/ML impact on Salesforce development and governance, especially Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
  • Hands-on executor who writes PRDs, talks to customers, reviews wireframes, and participates in sprint reviews.
  • Exceptional communication skills for presenting product vision to C-suite and writing technical specifications.
  • Intellectual curiosity and bias toward action.

Nice to have:

  • Experience building products in the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem as an ISV or within a Salesforce-native product company.
  • Experience at the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance in regulated industries.
  • Experience leading product-led growth initiatives with self-serve onboarding and in-product conversion.
  • Ability to articulate a 3-year vision for AI and autonomous agents in Salesforce DevOps.
  • Experience competing successfully against well-funded competitors through product superiority.

Obowiązki

Product Vision & Strategy:

  • Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem to create new categories or capture market share.
  • Translate Salesforce platform knowledge into product capabilities for enterprise customers.
  • Stay ahead of Salesforce's product direction and position Flosum accordingly.

AI & Innovation:

  • Lead AI-powered DevOps capabilities built on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment agents, AI-driven code review, automated security scanning, and predictive release management.
  • Define how Flosum's extensibility platform enables custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's trust boundary.
  • Pioneer agent-aware governance for Salesforce governance frameworks.

Customer & Market Insight:

  • Engage with Fortune 500 customers and prospects to understand pain points around Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
  • Translate enterprise requirements into product solutions.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to influence deal strategy, conduct product demos, and close evaluations.

Execution & Delivery:

  • Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with engineering to deliver on timelines, own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
  • Define and track product KPIs such as adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates.
