As an Engineering Manager – Agentic for Neo within the Global Delivery Center, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Capgemini’s Group wide AI platform. Neo is a newly launched strategic initiative, and this role sits at the heart of its evolution driving the development and operationalization of next generation agentic capabilities at scale.
You will lead a specialized engineering team focused on agent based systems, working closely with product, AI research, cloud, and change teams.
