Senior Software Engineer (Android, with German)

The Digital Customer Experience (DCX) project helps global brands and public organizations implement business-focused digital capabilities and innovations following a "Customer-First" approach. The teams work with technologies including front-end (Angular and React), mobile applications (iOS and Android), and low-code platforms (Salesforce and Dynamics365).

• At least 5 years of experience developing native Android applications; experience in iOS or hybrid technologies is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Kotlin or Java and Android SDK.
• Practical knowledge of design and architectural patterns such as MVP, MVVM, dependency injection (Dagger, Hilt), and reactive programming (RxJava, RxBinding).
• Experience with databases (Room, Realm, SQLite), network communication (REST, JSON, Retrofit), Android Jetpack, and version control systems like Git and Gitflow.
• Basic knowledge of mobile DevOps and CI/CD.
• Fluent communication skills in English and German (B2+ level).

• Co-develop and enhance mobile applications based on the Android platform, participating in requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and publishing in the Google Play Store.
• Take responsibility for part or all of the system depending on the project.
• Integrate applications with backend, cloud, enterprise platforms, and low-code solutions.
• Collaborate with UX and UI experts to ensure optimal user experience and customer satisfaction.
