Scrum Master

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level for effective communication in an international environment

• Act as a servant-leader for Scrum teams, ensuring proper understanding and application of Agile and Scrum practices
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
• Identify and remove impediments that impact the team’s progress
• Coach and mentor team members to improve self-organization and performance
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities
• Support and coordinate the work of 2–3 development teams
