Tax Manager - Tax & Statutory Delivery

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or equivalent experience
• 6–9 years’ experience in tax/statutory accounting in an international environment
• Proven people management experience
• Strong knowledge of tax accounting and statutory reporting
• Experience with outsourced/shared service models
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• ERP and advanced Excel skills
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• SSC/BPO or multinational experience
• Multi-country exposure
• Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA)

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of tax/statutory professionals
• Own delivery of tax compliance and statutory reporting across assigned entities
• Oversee external providers, monitor KPIs, timelines, and quality
• Resolve delivery issues and manage escalations
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of tax and statutory accounting, including income tax accounting and key reconciliations
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as the main operational contact
• Provide clear delivery status reporting and support audits, transitions, and process improvements
• Role model company values and foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture
