Our Internal Business Application Centre (IBACentre) team supports core business functions by implementing applications that enable more efficient work and delivery of top-notch services. The team manages core and global business applications, ensuring continuous operation and precise handling of customer relationships and incidents.
Wymagania
- Minimum diploma degree in technology or an equivalent field
- At least 2 years of experience in software development and 3+ years of experience in Workday technical integrations
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with iterative or agile software development methodologies
- Solid understanding of cloud SaaS architecture principles and integration patterns
- Experience working in a global or virtual team environment
- Strong technical background and familiarity with API concepts (SOAP and REST), XML, XSLT 3.0, JSON, OAuth 2.0, encryption and secure data transfer methods
- Hands-on experience with at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, C# or Python
- Practical experience with Workday integration technologies including Workday Studio, Report as a Service, WQL, WWS and Workday REST API, Orchestrate, PMD Scripting, Workday Connectors, EIBs and DT
- Familiarity with Workday HCM, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting and Security configuration, or experience in testing functional aspects of delivered solutions
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, proof of concepts, middleware and problem solving
- Solid understanding of security and data privacy standards, data governance, and Extend application and integration development best practices
- Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation)
- Current location within the territory of Poland
Nice to have:
- Experience with Graph API
- Integration Core, Extend, Studio or Pro consulting certifications
Obowiązki
- Develop brand new or enhance and support existing Workday Extend applications and integrations based on business requirements and best practices
- Create detailed application and integration specifications as well as data dictionaries
- Collaborate with solution architects, business stakeholders, and functional product owners to gather and refine business requirements for internal client projects
- Actively contribute to global standardization initiatives through automation and innovation
- Continuously develop own technical skills and contribute to the technical growth of the team
