Google Cloud AI Architect

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing cloud architectures (GCP, Azure, or AWS), including at least 1 year working intensively with AI/ML, GenAI, or Agentic AI solutions.
• Practical experience with Vertex AI ecosystem (Model Garden, Vertex AI Studio, Pipelines, Feature Store) and Gemini models.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; knowledge of BigQuery and its use in AI data solutions.
• Understanding of GCP architecture to design scalable, secure, and cost-optimized environments (VPC, IAM, Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Functions).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies (e.g., Terraform) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, GitLab CI).
• Active use of AI tools (Claude, Antigravity, Codex, Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to enhance work efficiency and quality.
• Ability to conduct technical and business discussions with clients, present solutions, defend architectural decisions, and build trust as a technology advisor.
• Proactive, open to new challenges, and willing to go beyond specialization.
• Fluent communication in Polish and English (minimum B2).

Nice to have:

• Experience with other cloud platforms (Azure AI/ML, AWS SageMaker, Bedrock) or tools like Databricks, dbt, Apache Spark.
• Knowledge of multi-cloud and hybrid solutions (GKE Enterprise, BigQuery Omni).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Gemini CLI, Antigravity, Claude).
• Concepts and tools for building AI agents – Agent Builder, ADK, LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
• Google Cloud certifications (Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Machine Learning Engineer) or equivalent certifications from other providers.
• Consulting or project environment experience with direct client contact.
• Knowledge of MLOps and ML model lifecycle.

• Design and build GCP cloud architecture for AI/ML solutions including network, compute, security, IAM, monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Design architectures based on vector databases (Intelligent Search, AlloyDB) and integrate with BigQuery for advanced analytics and data processing in the context of GenAI.
• Design and implement advanced Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions within the Google Cloud ecosystem using Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise, and other GCP AI/ML services.
• Create comprehensive RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions and orchestrate GenAI pipelines.
• Implement solutions using Infrastructure as Code with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and discovery sessions with clients, translating complex technical concepts into business value.
• Collaborate closely with client teams from C-level to development teams to identify GenAI use cases and deliver measurable results.
• Monitor latest trends in GenAI, actively test new services and models, and share knowledge with the team.
