Senior ServiceNow UI Builder Developer

We are looking for ServiceNow Developers passionate about creating innovative and bespoke solutions for clients. The role involves expanding product knowledge and collaborating with global stakeholders across different workflows. The focus is on designing and implementing modern, user-friendly experiences within ServiceNow using the Now Experience Framework.

• Strong knowledge of UI Builder and Now Experience framework.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Angular/React, and web technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITOM workflows to design UI aligned with processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and design-thinking skills.
• At least 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Proven track record in UI Builder projects.
• ServiceNow certification (CAD, UI/UX specialization preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level.

• Design and develop custom UIs using ServiceNow UI Builder and Now Experience Components.
• Create dashboards, portals, and tailored workspaces for business stakeholders.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and responsiveness of the developed UIs.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, UX/UI designers, and backend developers.
• Integrate UI components with CMDB, ITSM, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Implement reusable components and enforce design consistency.
• Provide technical documentation and best practices for UI development.
