Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stream programs

Supervise and manage performance of Managers and broader project teams
Lead executive-level presentations and steering committees
Manage financial performance of engagements – revenue, margin, and resource utilization
Drive risk governance across projects and programs
Lead business development activities – proposal development, commercial negotiations, and account growth
Assess platform suitability, integration complexity, and system scalability at program level
Shape service offerings and solution frameworks within the Capital Markets practice
Mentor and develop high-potential talent, including succession planning
