Senior Solutions Architect Manager, [Solutions Architecture, Europe Central]

AWS is a leading cloud platform provider seeking a Solutions Architecture leader to join their Solutions Architect team in Poland. The role involves helping customer businesses leverage AWS Services and generative AI to innovate and transform operations.

• Problem-solving mindset with experience in building/architecting solutions for customers
• Passionate and knowledgeable about (generative) AI
• Experience managing technical teams in a customer-facing enterprise environment
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English
• Track record of driving innovation through emerging technologies
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams
• Experience in transforming traditional businesses through cloud adoption
• Advanced degree (Master's/MBA) in technology, business, or related field
• Advanced cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) with expertise in designing and implementing large-scale cloud solutions
• International business and technology background
• Multilingual capabilities beyond Polish and English, particularly in East European languages

• Build and lead a high-performing team of Solutions Architects, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and customer obsession
• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with customers’ technical leaders, driving executive-level conversations aligning AWS solutions with customers' expansion goals
• Act as a technical thought leader, representing AWS in executive-level discussions, public speaking engagements, and writing content showcasing AWS value
• Guide team in designing and implementing cloud solutions based on customers’ needs
• Pioneer adoption of emerging technologies, integrating generative AI, advanced analytics, and automation into customer solutions
• Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute technical strategies driving AWS adoption and exceeding revenue objectives
• Coach and mentor Solutions Architects in technical discussions with senior stakeholders and successful customer engagements
• Foster knowledge sharing within AWS community and guide development of technical content showcasing best practices
