Cybersecurity Advisor / Consultant (IT / OT)

1dea is a recruitment and IT outsourcing company focusing on expert and managerial positions. The company is based in Poland and operates globally through an international network. It covers sectors including IT, Transport, Spedition, Logistics, Property & Construction, and Tax & Legal.

• Minimum 4 years of practical experience in Cyber Security or OT Security.
• Possession of at least one industry certification: CISSP, CISM, CISA, GICSP, CCNA, or equivalent.
• Practical knowledge of OT-ICS standards including NIS2, ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, and NERC-CIP.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, TCP/IP stack, OSI model, Firewall, and IDS/IPS systems.
• Experience conducting security assessments, risk analysis, and control mechanisms.
• Understanding of OT specifics including operational processes, threats, vulnerabilities, and dedicated OT hardware.
• Communicative English language skills at B2+ level.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001/2, ISO 22301, PCI-DSS, NIST CSf.
• Experience with IT/OT monitoring systems and SIEM tools like Claroty, Nozomi Networks, Microsoft Sentinel, Armis, Azure IoT Defender.
• Practical knowledge of switch and firewall configuration and IoT security.

• Direct involvement in delivering advanced cybersecurity services for IT and OT environments, both advisory and implementation.
• Advising and assisting clients in designing effective protections for industrial ICS/OT systems and networks.
• Creating solution proposals, designing security architectures, and identifying new protection areas.
• Collaborating with Delivery Leads and architects to identify and mitigate project risks.
