Cloud DevOps Engineer

• 4 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of Jenkins, Terraform, DevOps, Cloud, CI/CD

Nice to have:

• AWS
• Azure
• GCP
• English language proficiency

• Support and resolve customer requests across AWS, Azure and GCP internal platforms
• Support project teams with their application deployments
• Troubleshoot customer project configurations using tools like Terraform, Jenkins
• Ensure compliance with operational standards (IAM Roles and permissions, VPC Network configurations, Firewall rules, Logging and Monitoring Alerts)
• Update support and operational documentation as required
• Ensure good change management practice is implemented
• Provide out of business hours support on a rotational on-call basis as part of 24 x 7 coverage

• Hybrid work: 6 days per month from the office in Kraków or Warsaw
• Recruitment process: 2 meetings with hiring managers, followed by a phone screen with recruiter
