DevOps Engineer

Verita HR is an international company providing recruitment support within Fintech, Finance and Banking market in EMEA. They conduct systematic market research to support their Digital Teams.

• 3+ years of experience in an engineering role (SRE, Infrastructure, DevOps, or similar).
• Proficient English.
• Experience with incident management and change management.
• Working knowledge of JIRA.
• Strong skills in SQL / T-SQL.
• Solid experience with Linux.
• Ability to write scripts in Bash.

• Ensure operational stability, integrity, and availability of products and services supported by the team.
• Maintain compliance with Service Management Standards, ensuring high-quality data and adherence to relevant controls.
• Support incident identification and resolution, following DevOps leadership guidance.
• Communicate directly with stakeholders regarding issues, impact, expectations, and upcoming changes.
• Ensure service resilience, sustainability, and achievement of RTO targets for delivered solutions.
• Deliver infrastructure engineering changes with a strong focus on user and customer experience.
• Develop and deploy infrastructure capable of meeting performance, availability, security, and resilience requirements.
• Drive automation across build, testing, and deployment processes to ensure consistency and predictable quality.
• Enhance CI/CD, system monitoring, and overall service availability.
• Build and maintain a digital environment that supports automation and high-quality code and data.
• Support local initiatives such as service improvements and mandatory testing.
• Stay up to date with GO&A technologies and maintain expertise in current tools.
