Solution Architect / Presales Expert (BSS/OSS – Telco)

Comarch develops software for major global telecommunications operators, managing millions of customers and complex next-generation networks. Their solutions are used by companies such as Vodafone, Orange, British Telecom, KPN, LGU+ (South Korea), SCSK (Japan), and Viasat (USA).

• Experience and proficiency in BSS (CRM, billing, charging, product catalog) and OSS (network management, service fulfillment, assurance, IoT)
• Higher education, preferably in computer science, telecommunications, or economics/business analysis
• Previous work in IT consulting, presales, business analysis, or product management in the telecommunications industry
• Fluent English (C1), with French language skills considered a strong advantage
• Ability to translate complex IT architecture into business benefits and present to C-level executives
• Analytical mindset, awareness of trends (5G, Cloud-native Telco, AI in telecommunications), and readiness for international business travel (on-site client visits)

• Design solutions in presales by analyzing unique business needs and matching Comarch's BSS/OSS systems portfolio
• Support RFI/RFP processes by creating strategic, technical, and substantive offers for global tenders
• Conduct engaging product workshops and presentations for C-level management of international telecom companies
• Collaborate closely within Comarch's global structure including Product Management, R&D, implementation, and sales departments
• Participate in international conferences and trade fairs, with opportunities to speak and build personal brand
