• Internship consists of two stages: the first stage is unpaid and focused on gaining knowledge and developing practical skills
• The second stage includes participation in real professional tasks and contribution to company projects, with compensation

• Participation in tech meetups, knowledge base, and team sessions
• Support from a mentor at every stage
