Cybersecurity Specialist (Specjalista/ka ds. Cyberbezpieczeństwa)

ITHOUSE is a company that for over 7 years connects IT specialists with projects that impact how Poles use technology daily. They collaborate with public institutions and commercial companies to modernize systems used by millions, simplifying and speeding up processes. They also execute ambitious R&D projects, including for Samsung, where technology meets artificial intelligence and innovation. The current project is for the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON), which supports disabled people in entering and maintaining employment and finances vocational and social rehabilitation programs. The project aims to improve the processes and tools used by the Fund to better meet the needs of disabled persons and employers.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT security-related position
• Knowledge and experience in implementing ISO27001 standards (information classification, asset inventory) and ISO22301 (RTO, RPO analysis, BCM and BIA plan creation)
• Cybersecurity certification is welcome (CISSP or equivalent)
• Experience in security analysis of organizations, processes, architecture, and IT infrastructure and cooperation with clients in specifying project requirements
• Experience in threat analysis in computer networks, operating systems, applications, and cloud environments
• Very good knowledge of network security, operating systems, and cloud solutions
• Knowledge of tools supporting security analysis of devices, network protocols, and applications
• Ability to prepare reports, analyses, and technical documentation

• Implementing and maintaining security standards compliant with ISO27001 and ISO22301, including information classification, asset inventory, and RTO/RPO analyses
• Knowledge and experience in creating Business Continuity Management (BCM) plans, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
• Conducting security analyses of organization, processes, IT architecture, and infrastructure and recommending corrective actions
• Analyzing threats in computer networks, operating systems, applications, and cloud environments
• Preparing reports, analyses, and technical documentation related to IT security
• Collaborating with clients and project teams to specify requirements and implement solutions that enhance security levels

Work location: Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid work with predominance of remote work, one day per week in the office.
