• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst or similar role, especially in requirements analysis and gathering.
• Experience in IT projects, particularly related to mobile applications (B2B, IoT, Field Service Management).
• Knowledge of system integration (REST, XML, JSON) and experience in projects where software interacts directly with hardware (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi Direct).
• Understanding of cross-platform technologies, especially Flutter, including its capabilities and limitations.
• Practical experience working in Agile environments; knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence is an advantage.
• Analytical thinking skills, process modeling, and ability to create clear technical documentation following a "lean" approach.
• Very good communication skills and proficiency in English to collaborate in an international environment.

• Consolidation of the ecosystem: analyzing functionalities of existing tools and integrating them into a single solution while maintaining key functions and implementing a tool reduction strategy.
• Requirements engineering: gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical specifications; managing requirement changes and maintaining documentation.
• Acting as a technical bridge (Flutter & embedded): translating business needs into technical specifications and collaborating between the mobile team and hardware systems to ensure correct communication between the application and heating devices.
• Backlog management: supporting the Product Owner in maintaining backlog quality, participating in refinements, and co-creating task implementation approaches.
• Designing user journeys: creating intuitive processes for field technicians, considering online and offline work and data synchronization.
• Delivery support: collaborating with the team to remove obstacles and ensure regular delivery of value to the end customer.
