- Listens first, speaks clearly and confidently.
- Organized with multitasking skills, able to handle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of customer support and relationship building.

- Guide partners through booking flights, using online services, picking payment options, and enjoying loyalty perks.
- Solve problems quickly by chatting or talking with passengers.
