Senior Power Platform Developer (with Copilot Studio)

SpyroSoft S.A. is hiring for a project focused on designing and delivering intelligent, AI-driven conversational solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio for enterprise and client-facing environments.

• Proven commercial experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including designing and building conversational agents, managing topics, entities, dialog flows, and conversational logic
• Experience integrating copilots with APIs and external systems
• Experience delivering AI-driven or conversational solutions in enterprise environments
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end solutions
• Very good communication skills in English (B2+/C1)
• Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow

Nice to have:

• Experience with custom connectors and complex system integrations
• Knowledge of Power Platform security, governance, and best practices
• Experience with chatbot analytics, optimization, and continuous improvement
• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI and Azure Cognitive Services
• Background in enterprise or multi-client delivery environments

• Design, build, and maintain conversational solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Create and manage topics, entities, dialog flows, and conversational logic
• Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Integrate copilots with external systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms
• Implement AI-driven capabilities and continuously optimize conversational UX
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing copilots based on analytics and user feedback
• Ensure solutions comply with Power Platform security, governance, and best practices
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Work independently in client-facing environments, contributing to solution design and delivery
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer
