The company handles technical audits, individual offer preparation, and assistance in obtaining subsidies, along with long-term service for energy efficiency solutions.

• Experience in telephone customer service.
• Communication skills and ease in phone conversations.
• Engagement and consistency.
• Independence and good work organization.
• Basic computer skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
