MLOps Engineer

Antal is recruiting for a position in the insurance sector in Warsaw, Poland.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or Software Engineering with production ML models.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (cluster management, Helm charts, Ingress).
• Experience with public cloud platforms, preferably Azure (Azure ML, AKS, ACR), or GCP/AWS with readiness to work on Azure.
• Practical experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) tailored for ML.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash/Shell for automation and working with ML SDKs.
• Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, or cloud tools for model lifecycle management.
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, Bicep, or Ansible.
• Ability to provide services from Poland.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with one day per week in the Warsaw office.

Nice to have:

• Azure certifications (AZ-400, AI-102).
• Experience with LLM, RAG, and deploying GenAI models.
• Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor.
• Understanding of hybrid network environments (VPN, VNet, Private Endpoints).

• Creating and developing an AI platform used in business processes.
• Designing and building MLOps/LLMOps infrastructure using Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry, and AKS.
• Implementing CI/CD/CT for ML solutions including testing, data and model versioning, and automated training.
• Containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Ingress; deployments in a hybrid environment.
• Monitoring and observability of models including detection of data/model drift, logging, and alerting.
• Supporting AI Act compliance: model auditability, lineage, security, and access management.
• Optimizing costs and performance of ML environments and model inference.

Must be able to provide services from the territory of Poland.
