Senior Java Developer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The team is building a modern FX trading platform from scratch, replacing a legacy vendor solution with an in-house microservices architecture that powers millions of transactions worldwide.

• 5+ years of experience with Java 17+ including concurrency, low latency programming, and lambdas.
• Familiarity with TDD, JUnit, and continuous integration/deployment practices.
• Knowledge of REST, messaging technologies, and DevOps principles.
• Ability to leverage AI Coding Assistants for development.
• Problem-solving mindset and flexibility in dynamic environments.
• Strong passion for technology and innovation.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of FX business or financial markets.
• Contribution to open-source projects or tech communities.

• Design and develop efficient, usable, and elegant Java code.
• Build microservices for a high-performance trading platform.
• Automate testing and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor production systems to ensure stability and reliability.
