We are partnering with a client to build key structures supporting upcoming opportunities while expanding our Financial Services Practice, focusing on banking and financial services organizations across Europe.
Wymagania
- Mid-Level: 3–5 years experience in banking, financial services, or consulting with roles such as Business Analyst, PMO Specialist, Consultant, Project Coordinator, or Junior Project Manager.
- Senior: 6+ years experience with proven leadership in transformation, regulatory, digitalization, migration, integration, or operating model change programs.
- Experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, process documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, RAID management, and governance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
- Professional working proficiency in English and German or French (minimum B2+).
- Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint.
Nice to have:
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum, SAFe, AgileBA, Change Management.
- Experience in regulatory, transformation, digital, data, or automation initiatives.
- Exposure to international banking environments and large-scale change programs.
Obowiązki
- Support and drive business transformation and digitalization initiatives within banking and financial services.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Conduct process analysis, impact assessments, and gap analyses.
- Prepare recommendations, roadmaps, project documentation, and management presentations.
- Coordinate activities across business and technology teams.
- Support or lead project planning, governance, reporting, RAID management, and dependency tracking.
- Contribute to system implementations, integrations, migrations, regulatory initiatives, and process improvement programs.
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in international environments.
