Wymagania

  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in technology products, mobile, or GSM.
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle and ability to connect user needs with market offerings, especially in smartphones, tablets, and wearables.
  • Ability to generate various sales activation ideas across different channels.
  • Strong planning skills and excellent work organization, including prioritization and quality and timely task completion.
  • Proactive and independent attitude focused on finding solutions and improvements.
  • Timeliness and meticulousness in prioritizing tasks and consistently achieving set goals.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior.
  • Communication skills and ability to work in a team, collaborating with marketing, sales, and distribution centers.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in retail or e-commerce sectors.
  • Previous cooperation with sales or marketing teams.
  • Passion for technology and interest in the GSM market, including following innovations and testing solutions.

Obowiązki

  • Manage and develop the assigned product category in the mobile unit.
  • Manage sales and margin goals, analyze sales results, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Plan and execute the category budget, ensuring profitability and efficient resource use.
  • Collaborate with vendors and distributors, build long-term relationships, conduct commercial negotiations, and ensure attractive cooperation terms.
  • Manage inventory levels, monitor product turnover, and optimize stock levels including payment terms.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to plan and implement promotional campaigns, ensuring communication consistency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust the offer to the dynamic market.
