CoverGo is a leading provider of cutting-edge technology to the insurance industry. Since 2017, CoverGo supplies insurance enterprise software solutions to insurers, MGAs, brokers and bancassurance in Asia and beyond.

• 6+ years of experience building production systems with complex, customer-facing software.
• Real experience shipping substantive AI-driven features involving LLMs or agents.
• Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, design patterns, testing, web security, and performance.
• Comfortable with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent communication skills to explain tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Own outcomes by selecting and delivering the most impactful features each sprint.
• Build AI capabilities including OCR, document understanding, generation, and agent loops.
• Ship fast prototypes and evolve them into production-grade software.
• Work directly with customers to observe real workflows and identify improvements.
• Improve codebase quality through reviews, refactoring, testability, and observability.
• Propose and implement enhancements to team skills, tools, and engineering standards.
