Senior Business Analyst

Cyclad is an international consulting company specializing in IT/ICT sectors, providing outsourcing services in HR and IT. They serve diverse industries including Banking, Aviation, Travel, Cybersecurity, and BPO, tailoring solutions to each sector's unique challenges.

• At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Experience working closely with both business and IT teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
• Experience supporting testing and business validation activities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Good English communication skills
• Experience working in international organizations
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration tools
• Experience with process modelling techniques such as BPMN or UML
