Junior IT Strategy Analyst

• Higher education (or in progress) in management, economics, IT, data analysis, or new technologies
• Interest in new technologies and digital transformation
• Ability to analyze information, connect facts, and formulate conclusions
• Knowledge of AI or willingness to work daily with AI tools
• Proficiency in creating presentations and clear materials (PowerPoint, Excel)
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Ability to communicate clearly with various stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams
• Ability to work with data and industry reports

• Participate in projects concerning IT strategy, digital transformation, AI and cloud implementations
• Monitor progress of transformation initiatives including risks, dependencies, and schedules
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to collect information and develop recommendations
• Prepare analyses, presentations, reports, and materials for management, committees, and workshops
• Organize meetings and workshops including agendas, notes, and action summaries
• Identify areas for improvement and prepare development proposals for IT
