Wymagania

Experience as SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Consultant on implementation and support projects
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA
Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
Experience with HR processes design, including payroll
Experience in requirements gathering and validation with stakeholders
Ability to provide expert product demonstrations
Deep knowledge of business processes and best practices for pre-implementation consulting
Ability to align with stakeholders and translate requirements into functional specifications
Hands-on experience with related customizing settings
Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules
Ability to identify and analyze risks and issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent English (at least B1+ level)

Nice to have:

SAP Cloud experience (HXM/SuccessFactors/Concur)
ABAP debugging

Implement and support SAP HCM/SuccessFactors projects
Design HR processes including payroll
Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs through workshops
Provide expert product demonstrations of SAP S/4HANA and related platforms
Advise clients during pre-implementation consulting such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design, and Configuration
Convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Translate conceptual requirements into clear functional requirements for developers/project teams
Perform related customizing settings hands-on
Understand integration points with other SAP modules
Identify and analyze risks and issues in conjunction with project managers
Communicate effectively across all organizational levels
