SAP MDG/MDM Consultant

• Experience as SAP MDG/MDM Consultant on implementation and support projects
• Fluent English (B2)
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Experience with Master Data Management processes design
• Related customizing settings hands-on experience
• Understanding integration points with other SAP modules
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have:

• SAP Cloud experience
• ABAP debugging skills

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of key stakeholders by planning, facilitating and documenting requirements gathering/discovery workshops
• Provide expert overview and deep-dive product demonstrations of SAP S/4HANA and related platforms
• Utilize deep knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide clients during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration
• Align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements comprehensible to developers/project team
• Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers
