Packhelp is an online marketplace for custom branded packaging, established in 2015. It provides innovative packaging solutions for e-commerce brands, retailers, agencies, and enterprises, serving more than 80,000 customers from over 30 markets. Packhelp offers products starting from 30 pieces per order with a short production time of 14 days, including mailer boxes, product boxes, biodegradable mailers, and kraft tapes. The company also serves enterprise clients with complex packaging needs, offering services such as packaging production with long-term dedication and split payments, packaging engineering, prototyping and visualizing, and optimizing the entire packaging supply chain.
Wymagania
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in marketplace, e-commerce, SaaS, or internal tools.
- Proven ability to define and execute product vision and strategy with measurable business impact, including driving growth through self-service journeys and/or B2B funnels (SMB/enterprise).
- Strong product discovery skills: identifying customer problems, validating opportunities, and shaping high-impact initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills combining qualitative user research and quantitative data to drive decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working with senior leadership.
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to lead, influence, and mentor across cross-functional teams.
- Customer-centric approach focused on delivering impactful product outcomes and continuous improvement in complex domains.
Nice to have:

Obowiązki
- Build and shape the product team responsible for Packhelp's customer-facing products.
- Define and drive product vision and strategy, focusing on scaling self-service customer journeys for SMBs and acquiring mid-market and enterprise leads.
- Lead product discovery efforts to uncover customer needs, identify growth opportunities, and validate solutions before investment.
- Identify and champion strategic “big bet” initiatives by combining customer insights, market trends, and business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization to delivery and optimization.
- Align stakeholders around product priorities and communicate product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes across the organization.
- Act as the voice of internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Packaging Engineering, DTP, Production, and Logistics to ensure their needs are reflected in product decisions.
