Senior UX/UI Designer

BlueBinary is a company operating in the iGaming industry, developing a product used by thousands of users. The role involves working closely with developers and Product Owners in a fully remote setup.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Knowledge of the iGaming industry, preferably with experience on CS2/e-sport platforms.
• Experience as a Team Leader or strong leadership skills.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining complex Design Systems.
• Ability to conduct Design Sprints.
• Basic to intermediate frontend knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript preferred).
• Experience creating interactive prototypes with animations and component states.
• Familiarity with responsive design (RWD) best practices.
• Experience analyzing user behavior with Hotjar or Clarity.
• Skills in Interaction and Motion Design.
• Proficiency in creating and presenting Low-Fi and High-Fi mockups.
• Ability to collaborate with developers and understand implementation processes.
• Experience designing retention and monetization mechanisms based on behavioral models.
• Knowledge of Asana, Figma, FigJam.
• Experience using AI tools in daily work.

• Lead the visual and functional design of the product.
• Develop, maintain, and ensure the quality of a comprehensive Design System.
• Conduct Design Sprints.
• Create high-interactivity prototypes including animations and component states.
• Analyze user behavior using tools like Hotjar or Clarity to optimize UX.
• Design engaging micro-interactions and animated UI components.
• Present Low-Fi and High-Fi mockups confidently to the team.
• Collaborate effectively with the development team, understanding implementation constraints.
• Design retention and monetization mechanisms based on behavioral models (e.g., Hook Model).
• Support and mentor junior designers in the team.
