Do naszych projektów poszukujemy specjalistów Java, JavaScript, C embedded, C++, PHP, specjalistów od mobile, testerów oprogramowania, administratorów sieci i systemów i wielu innych.
Wymagania
- Deep knowledge of JCL for IBM z/OS on the mainframe
- Deep knowledge of TWS/IWS – IBM Workload Scheduler
- Deep knowledge of resolving batch errors quickly
- Basic knowledge of Horizont IWS Graph, BatchCP, BatchAD & XINFO
- Knowledge of IBM-DWC is appreciable
- Effective communication skills with management and stakeholders
- Ownership of critical batch, End of day/month/year processes
- Experience leading Incident, Change, and Problem Management within SLA
- Creation and management of shift plans for the team
- Good coordination skills within the batch and application teams
- 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of IBM Mainframe, BatchCP, Horizont IWS Graph
- Languages: Polish (expert), English (advanced)
Obowiązki
- Ensure the operational stability, integrity, and availability of products and services supported by the team
- Maintain compliance with Service Management standards and ensure high-quality data within Service Management systems
- Support the identification, investigation, and resolution of incidents related to IT services
- Ensure service resilience, sustainability, and recovery objectives are achieved for all supported solutions
- Deliver infrastructure changes with a strong focus on customer and user experience
- Develop and deploy infrastructure solutions that meet performance, scalability, availability, security, and resilience requirements
- Implement and improve automation across build, testing, and deployment processes to ensure consistency and high-quality releases
- Drive continuous integration practices, system monitoring, and proactive maintenance activities
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with batch processing operations
- Manage and resolve batch processing failures and operational issues in a timely manner
- Take ownership of critical batch processes, including end-of-day, end-of-month, and end-of-year processing activities
- Lead Incident, Change, and Problem Management activities in accordance with agreed SLAs
- Create and manage shift schedules for the team
