Senior Veeva RIM Configuration Specialist

This role is for a client seeking a Senior Veeva RIM Configuration Specialist to support the RIM product roadmap and long-term strategy using the Veeva Vault platform. The position is based in Warszawa with a remote work model and involves collaboration with international stakeholders across IT and business functions.

• At least 4 years of experience working with the Veeva Vault platform, including RIM-focused work.
• Proven Veeva Vault Platform expertise and Vault Platform Associate Administrator credential obtained within the last 3 years.
• Significant working experience with the RIM Vault Platform application.
• Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical business processes.
• Working knowledge of Computerised System Validation (CSV) and GxP.
• Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Provide expert knowledge on Veeva Vault RIM to support the product roadmap and long-term strategy.
• Collaborate with Process Owners and Business Analysts during requirements elicitation to identify suitable technical approaches.
• Configure Veeva Vault RIM according to business requirements and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate with international stakeholders across IT, business functions, and Veeva to align solutions and deliver effectively.
• Continuously deepen understanding of end-to-end business processes enabled through Vault applications.
• Apply pharmaceutical domain knowledge and GxP/CSV awareness to ensure compliance.
• Use communication and decision-making skills to present options, clarify trade-offs, and support team alignment.
• Experiment with innovative ideas and implement practical improvements within the Vault RIM environment.
