Senior Software Security Delivery Lead – Cloud Security & DevSecOps

• Over 10 years of software development experience with recent hands-on work in at least two of Java, Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Solid understanding of Google Cloud Platform services such as GKE, Cloud Run, Identity-Aware Proxy, and Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL).
• Proven experience leading cross-functional Agile/Scrum/Kanban teams with strong stakeholder management.
• Practical knowledge of container security, secrets management (KMS), and compliance-as-code.
• Ability to use DORA metrics for continuous improvement and data-driven leadership.

Nice to have:

• Experience in FinTech or regulated security environments emphasizing Security by Design.
• GCP cost optimization and resource management skills.
• Broader problem-solving capabilities with a holistic approach.

• Lead technical orchestration by bridging business strategies with technological execution, identifying architectural risks and technical debt.
• Champion DevSecOps best practices including automation, compliance, risk management, and definition of done.
• Manage daily operations by overseeing sprint health, removing blockers, and facilitating standups to ensure system stability and feature delivery.
• Provide hands-on support through code reviews, infrastructure troubleshooting, and production incident analysis.
• Advocate for open-source tools and guide the team in replacing proprietary platforms.
