Senior Full Stack Developer – Platform Automation

Our client is a leading financial institution focused on transforming technology to support banking operations globally.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software engineering with a focus on full-stack development.
• Strong skills in Java programming language.
• Experience in API development, database schemas, and web technologies.
• Familiarity with internal/external developer platforms and cloud deployment.
• Comfortable working with Linux environments and understanding web infrastructure.
• Proven ability to deliver iterative technology solutions and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Leadership experience in maturing offshore teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience working within banking or financial institutions.
• Certification in cloud computing or automation frameworks.

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs, data schemas, and process flows to automate controls at scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand control requirements and engineer efficient solutions.
• Lead analytical activities to assess control scope, identify automation opportunities, and define technical specifications.
• Develop workflows and integration mechanisms to automate controls across various platforms and tools.
• Deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on automation, reuse, and process innovations.
• Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively with stakeholders.
• Mentor offshore teams and provide technical leadership across global locations.
