IT Recruitment Operations Specialist (RecOps) – Talent Acquisition Expertise

ITDS is hiring a Recruitment Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and optimize talent acquisition strategies. The role is based in Warsaw or Lisbon with a hybrid work model.

• 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment including application analysis, sourcing, screening, and preparing job offers
• Proven ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines and ensure data integrity within recruitment systems
• Strong operational and process-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent collaboration skills with recruiters and marketing teams
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment (3 days on-site in Warsaw)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of AI-powered recruitment tools or automation solutions
• Experience managing multi-channel recruitment campaigns
• Fluent in Polish and English with excellent communication skills in both languages

• Manage end-to-end candidate pipelines within recruitment systems, ensuring smooth progression and timely role closures
• Source candidates for niche roles on various platforms
• Publish job openings across relevant channels and collaborate with marketing to maintain visibility and messaging consistency
• Maintain accurate and current system data, tracking candidate movement and status updates
• Execute recruitment workflows precisely, adhering to deadlines and resolving bottlenecks swiftly
