Senior Node.js Architect/Team Lead

Bluebinary.io develops a global platform in the iGaming industry handling over 100 million daily requests. The company operates large production services with continuous online traffic and focuses on distributed architecture designed for reliability and high traffic.

• Experience building, scaling, or reorganizing product teams including analysts, developers, and QA.
• Expert knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript.
• Practical experience with Event Loop profiling, memory leak detection, WebSockets, asynchronous programming, MySQL, and Redis.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for microservices orchestration and containerization.
• Experience managing high-traffic production environments with flexible working hours.
• Proven ability to independently deploy features to production.
• Experience using Claude Code in daily work.
• Direct experience in iGaming, gambling, betting, or related sectors.
• Proactive, open, and communicative with strong team collaboration skills.
• English language proficiency at minimum C1 level for recruitment and daily work with an English-speaking team.

• Take full responsibility for a product team and deliver results.
• Write advanced Node.js code and design system architecture (~70% coding, 30% architecture initially).
• Develop and evolve distributed architecture for high-traffic production environments.
• Lead team recruitment and reorganization.
• Implement features independently from A to Z in production environments.
